Shipping policy

This policy outlines all the important information regarding shipping and delivery for orders placed with The Promised Cookies.

1.Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and full payment.

Orders are processed or shipped on weekends, usually on Saturdays.

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, CNY) or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2.Delivery Areas & Methods

A.We currently offer the following delivery options within Singapore:

a.Standard Islandwide Delivery
b.Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $5.00 for orders below $20.
c.Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered on every Saturdays.
d.Service Provider: Deliveries are handled by the owner.
e.You will receive a Whatsapp message once your order is dispatched.

B.Local Self-Collection

There is no self-collection.

C.Local Delivery (Specific Zones/Postal Codes)

We offer islandwide delivery to all addresses in Singapore, with the following exceptions:

      • Sentosa Island
      • Pulau Ubin
      • Pulau Tekong
      • Jurong Island

Orders shipping to these locations will be canceled and fully refunded.

3.What If I'm Not Home?

If you are not available to receive the parcel:

    • They may leave it in a safe location (at our discretion).
    • For perishable items like cookies, we strongly recommend having your parcel delivered to an address where someone can receive it.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered incorrectly due to an address provided by the customer.
